Interlocking Shingles on an Historic Turret

by Christina

Here is one more fine example of how our shingles have been effectively applied to radiused details throughout history. Look no further than Schossberger Palace.

This magnificent structure has fallen into ruin over the years, but restoration efforts are underway, starting with the roof. You can see how our shingles are perfect for permanently waterproofing and decorating turret roofs and how they are historically accurate.  This palace, built during the Baroque period, features many technically complex details.  Did you know we are one of only a handful of German-trained masters board-certified in restoration throughout Europe?  Ja!  It’s true!   Take advantage of our historical expertise and give us a call!  801-462-5264

Our Fine Metal Roof Tech shingles were applied to this project and our European master artisans created the ornate details as well. Yes, our shingles are made in the USA, but keep in mind, our company principals originally hail from Europe and are among the most knowledgeable in the world. This is the world-class assistance you can expect, be you architect or builder alike. You can rely on us to help you create a masterwork of your own!

Here are some progress shots of the restoration efforts for this particular turret.  Enjoy!
