How to plan and install a radius valley

by Christina

When a round detail such as a turret or dome or other round architectural detail intersects with the plane of a roof, things can get tricky. The answer does not lie with cheap tricks like caulk which look horrible and won’t last any time at all. The answer lies with knowledge.

We are one of only a handful of roof artists with the knowledge to help you as installers place a permanent round valley, and you as planners to specify the correct method to begin with.

Metal on metal radius details can be seamed on a roof as shown above, but metal round valleys can also effectively be incorporated into composite roofs: asphalt, tile slate etc.

You likely have questions. We promise we have answers. Call us right now and we’ll answer all your questions about how to plan and install metal round valleys.
