The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Researching on Google, Bing etc. finding and filtering potential customers as described above,
– Daily outbound calls to metal roofing companies, architects, insurance companies and other industry leads and opportunities,
– Tracking of leads, and active deals,
– Visiting clients for face time as/if needed,
– Following up on material deliveries and customer satisfaction,
– Preparing and attending trade shows and architects’ lunch and learns,
– Representing and reporting activities in weekly meetings,
– Training for product knowledge,
– Vast opportunity to grow,
– Vast opportunity to earn,
Compensation $40,000 Annually plus 5% sales commission easily equating to $100,000 or more in the
first year, negotiable depends on skill level. Each subsequent year to increase income further due to
larger customer base.
Employment should start with a 3 month trial period, trial for both parties without any further
commitment or explanation if expectations are not met.
